CO.STARTERS Bootcamp
Brad Attig - Program Manager & Facilitator
Central, South & Eastern Oregon
I have a passion for helping startups and small businesses in our rural communities. I believe that with the right amount of support, our small towns can become vibrant, engaging places to live, work, and start businesses. Through Foundry Collective and Reinventing Rural I work to help increase access for small businesses entrepreneurs to proven curriculum, mentorship, markets, and funding.
This "place-based" work is done in partnership by supporting and building on the people and organizations that already exist in your community to promote inclusive and equitable entrepreneurship.
In 2022 I facilitated Bootcamp in Condon, Fossil, and Joseph, co-facilitated Tillamook with Misty, and look forward to bringing Bootcamp to more rural places in 2023.
Misty Lambrecht - CO.STARTERS Program Manager & Facilitator
Coastal & Western Oregon
I have owned Webfoot Marketing and Design, a website development company in Siletz, Oregon for over 15 years and have worked on a variety of small business, nonprofit, college and government websites. I am a Google-certified trainer, GrowthWheel® and Profit Mastery® Certified. I teach a variety of classes ranging from social media, web design, and profitability to small businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest.
I am a CO.STARTERS graduate from the Fall 2022 Northeast Oregon cohort, facilitated 4 Core programs in 2022, and co-facilitated the Tillamook Bootcamp I'm excited to bring this program to other rural communities.
Tory Schmidt -Facilitator Harney County
"Raised in Harney County, Tory has always had a passion for her rural community, art, and had a flair for creative problem solving. With her husband and two business partners, they have created a brick and mortar collaborative retail space in the heart of Burns, Oregon, Spark Collaborative Studios.
Tory started her graphic design business Sage DesignWorks in 2019, launched Spark Mercantile in the same year, and now helps teach plein air watercolor courses with her husband's guide business Calamity Butte Guide Service. Small business networking, rural resource development, and connecting artisans to a supportive community is what drives her work everyday."
