Michelle Mausen – My Petite Sweet

The owner of “My Petite Sweet” in Lincoln City and now Newport, Michelle operates a bakery with limited cafe seating, selling pastries and coffees at the counter along with a thriving wedding and birthday cake business. First, COVID closed the seating. Then, large birthday parties and weddings were impossible. You would think her business would be among those most at risk. Since COVID hit, she’s been buffeted, but instead of throwing in the towel, Michelle  bounced back, growing her staff and even expanding to a new location in Newport.
