Jessica Wright – Columbia Gorge Confections

Columbia Gorge Confections (or CGC) is located in the heart of the gorge in Hood River, Oregon. The inspiration behind the products is to highlight landmarks in the gorge as well as use locally sourced products to add to confections. CGC supports up to nine other local small businesses in every product.

Originally from Coos Bay, Oregon, Jessica started working in restaurants at fifteen. From bussing to serving, bartending, baking, high volume line cooking, menu writing, to training and managing, Jessica continues to admit that restaurants are her passion. Becoming a restaurant consultant helped showcase her years of experience and skills to work as well as help people in her home community.

Anne is a business consultant with Oregon’s Small Business Development Center, a Foundry Collective Entrepreneur in Residence, and has a wealth of small business experience.
